Wonderful location and people, loved it.

Everything was perfect, it had amazing location and rooms. I was there for 2 nights and ate at outdoor restaurant on the ground floor. Having hairdryers, a bidet and bath sheets was a bonus. Also, I loved how marvellous the location was.

Loved the hotel, it is little and clean, has unbeatable location right on main square. Everything was great, nevertheless a few employees were not always friendly.

The hotel was a cozy base for enjoying a local area, so close to Plaza Mayor as well as Alcazar.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

Overall it was a really lovely stay in the rooms above me. Its location was very central, walking distance to Old Synagogue.

The hotel is stylish and has fabulous staff and location.

Fancy rooms, above average breakfast with lots of food, thorough staff. The room was reasonably priced. Easy check-in, late check-out. Brilliant stay in an absolutely brilliant hotel.

The place was modern and traditional and the staff were attentive, the location was perfect was situated in a pedestrian area. Though you guys made our stay very very good, beds were hard.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor, and the bathroom was very small.

The rooms were retro and brilliant, absolutely helpful staff. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the restaurant was good.

The location was ideal and the room was normal double and very fancy. The selection of fine eggs, yogurt, cereals and cheese was a bonus. I got free upgrade and appreciated it. The hotel was close to Segovia downtown. Early check-in and great customer service.

Corteous staff, very central location and bright room. Abundant breakfast, attentive service. Reasonably spacious suite and big bed.

The staff was courteous, the hotel was fairly clean and placed in an old part of the city short walk to bars and outdoor restaurants, plaza mayor across from cathedral and restaurants and shopping. There were huge, very pretty rooms with a phenomenal view, good WiFi. Had a natural lighting.

The rooms are good modern and great modern, the hotel is unusual. Really ideal location to a restored 12th century castle. The beach is secluded and the views are splendid.

It was great time in Segovia. The view from our elegant room was outstanding. The staff members were really kind, we received fantastic service. Had delicious wines, spirits and coffee in the night bar.

Very good value for money, first-rate service. It was spotless and the staff were supporting, beds were perfect. Fine breakfast, I loved eggs, cereals, yogurt and cheese. Green garden and great pool area.

Breakfast was delicious; rooms were retro and sparkling clean. The staff was accommodating, especially bkfast staff...

Location and staff were terrific overall. Comfy bed, nice size bathroom and complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning and ample space in the room. Pedestrian area. I loved the outdoor restaurant, where I had dinner.

Warm and fabulous room. The bed was super large and the staff was so absolutely perfect. The property had its own outdoor restaurant, it was small. Central location, not too far from Romeral de San Marcos. We had a very lovely time here and would stay here again.
